Here's to the first of many Valentines, Valentine.
We are having a relaxing night in to celebrate Valentine's Day. He is cooking me steak and asparagus and I am making twice baked potatoes and dessert.
I have been thinking about this cake ever since I saw it linked on Cup of Jo a couple of weeks ago. I am dying to make it -- I may try it this weekend for my family since Jeremy and I don't need a whole cake sitting on our counter.
Too ambitious? We'll see!
